Description

5-Ingredient Pizza Quesadillas are the ultimate quick and delicious snack that everyone will love. With just five simple ingredients, you can whip up a cheesy, flavorful treat that’s perfect for game nights, family dinners, or casual get-togethers.

  • 8 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms (roughly chopped)
  • 3 oz Turkey turkey turkey pepperoni (diced)
  • 3 oz Sun-Dried Tomatoes in Oil
  • 6 oz Shredded Mozzarella
  • 6 Tortillas (6-inch Mission Carb Balance)

Instructions

  1. In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook the diced turkey pepperoni and chopped mushrooms until the mushrooms are golden and tender (about 6-8 minutes). Stir occasionally.
  2. Mix in the sun-dried tomatoes and transfer the filling to a bowl to cool slightly.
  3. Lower heat to medium-low and place one tortilla in the skillet. Sprinkle half of it with 1/2 oz mozzarella cheese, add approximately 45g of the filling on top, followed by another sprinkle of mozzarella.
  4. Fold the tortilla over and press gently. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
  5. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling. Slice into triangles and serve warm.
