- 4 oz brie cheese, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine blackberries, balsamic vinegar, honey, and salt. Cook for about 5 minutes until thickened.
