  • 6 chicken tenders
  • ½ C + 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 4 C halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 C part-skim mozzarella pearls
  • Fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Prepare the balsamic glaze by heating ½ cup balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon honey in a small saucepan until thickened.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and lemon seasoning.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken until browned; remove from skillet.
