  • 4 cups cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts (cubed or shredded)
  • 8 slices turkey bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded, divided)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded, divided)
  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 lb frozen spinach (thawed and drained)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (191°C).
  2. Prepare the vegetables: If using frozen spinach, thaw and drain excess water. For fresh broccoli, parboil for 1-2 minutes until bright green.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, turkey bacon, spinach or broccoli, garlic, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheeses. Mix well.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish and top with remaining cheeses.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes until hot and bubbly.
