- 1/4 cup nut butter (your choice)
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup (or honey/agave)
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup oat flour (or almond flour)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Drain and rinse black beans. In a food processor, blend all ingredients except chocolate chips until smooth.
- Stir in chocolate chips by hand using a spatula.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth evenly.
