Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans
  • 1/4 cup nut butter (your choice)
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup (or honey/agave)
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup oat flour (or almond flour)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Drain and rinse black beans. In a food processor, blend all ingredients except chocolate chips until smooth.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips by hand using a spatula.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth evenly.
  5. Freeze for at least one hour to set before cutting into bars.
