- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2/3 cup chicken broth
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tbsp coconut oil

- Minced garlic
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Heat coconut oil and olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 3–4 minutes on each side until browned. Add minced garlic for the last 30 seconds.
