  • 2 tablespoons vegan butter
  • 10 ounces vegan cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 7 ounces vegan cream cheese
  • Vegan Parmesan cheese
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • smoked paprika
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over low heat, melt the vegan butter. Add the vegan cheddar cheese and stir continuously until melted.
  2. Stir in the vegan cream cheese followed by the almond milk and Vegan Parmesan until combined into a creamy sauce.
  3. Add cooked macaroni to the pot and mix well to coat with the sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  4. Heat for another 5 minutes before serving.
