- 4 cups macaroni (use gluten-free if needed)
- 2 tablespoons vegan butter
- 10 ounces vegan cheddar cheese
- 1 cup almond milk
- 7 ounces vegan cream cheese
- Vegan Parmesan cheese
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- smoked paprika
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot over low heat, melt the vegan butter. Add the vegan cheddar cheese and stir continuously until melted.
- Stir in the vegan cream cheese followed by the almond milk and Vegan Parmesan until combined into a creamy sauce.
- Add cooked macaroni to the pot and mix well to coat with the sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Heat for another 5 minutes before serving.
