  • 2 8-ounce packages of cream cheese
  • 2 10-ounce cans of Rotel
  • 1 tablespoon adobo seasoning or taco seasoning
  • 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with half of the adobo or taco seasoning.
  2. In a slow cooker, combine cream cheese, Rotel, and the remaining seasoning.
  3. Drain grease from the meat and add it to the slow cooker; stir until well mixed.
  4. Pour chicken broth over the mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
  6. Stir in cilantro before serving if desired.
