- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 3/4 cup quick oats
- 1 cup white whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 large egg
- Dairy free cream cheese (for frosting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9 x 5-inch bread pan.

- In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients: quick oats, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt, and flour.

- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Cover with foil and bake an additional 10-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
