Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup Buffalo sauce
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 4 stalks green onion, finely chopped
  • Juice of ½ large lemon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp salt (more to taste)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Shred the chicken using two forks or a hand mixer until it's finely shredded.
  2. Finely chop the celery and green onions and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, celery, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
