  • 4 tbsp keto taco seasoning
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1½ cups shredded cheese
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • Optional: 1 jalapeño (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. In a large skillet, cook diced onion, bell pepper, minced garlic, and ground beef over high heat until browned.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and tomato paste; mix well and transfer to a casserole pan.
