  • 4 tablespoons butter (softened for frosting)
  • 1 ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 1/31/2 cup milk (for glaze)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (for glaze)
  • pinch of salt (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, warm milk, granulated sugar, and instant yeast; let sit until frothy (5-10 minutes).
  2. Mix in melted butter and eggs until combined.
  3. Gradually add gluten-free bread flour, salt, and baking powder; mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead gently for 2-3 minutes and place in a greased bowl to rise for about one hour.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle; brush with melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
