Ingredients

  • 4 packs of Oreo cookies
  • 1 mug brewed espresso
  • 250g dairy-free block butter (softened)
  • 420g icing sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
  • 80g dairy-free vanilla yogurt
  • 100ml dairy-free whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Brew the espresso and let it cool slightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened dairy-free butter, icing sugar, vanilla paste, and yogurt. Mix until smooth.
  3. Whip dairy-free cream until soft peaks form, then fold into the butter mixture.
  4. Dip Oreos into espresso briefly and layer half in your serving dish. Spread half of the cream filling over them.
  5. Repeat with another layer of dipped Oreos and remaining cream filling.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
