- 4 packs of Oreo cookies
- 1 mug brewed espresso
- 250g dairy-free block butter (softened)
- 420g icing sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
- 80g dairy-free vanilla yogurt
- 100ml dairy-free whipping cream
Instructions
- Brew the espresso and let it cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened dairy-free butter, icing sugar, vanilla paste, and yogurt. Mix until smooth.
- Whip dairy-free cream until soft peaks form, then fold into the butter mixture.
- Dip Oreos into espresso briefly and layer half in your serving dish. Spread half of the cream filling over them.
- Repeat with another layer of dipped Oreos and remaining cream filling.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
