- 1 lb ground chicken
- ½ Tbsp chili oil
- ½ C Swerve brown sugar
- ¼ C buffalo sauce
- 2 Tbsp cider or rice vinegar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add chili oil.
- Add the ground chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together Swerve brown sugar, buffalo sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet with the chicken and stir well. Cook until thickened.
- Serve hot over rice or cauliflower rice.
