Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • ½ Tbsp chili oil
  • ½ C Swerve brown sugar
  • ¼ C buffalo sauce
  • 2 Tbsp cider or rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add chili oil.
  2. Add the ground chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Swerve brown sugar, buffalo sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
  4. Pour the sauce into the skillet with the chicken and stir well. Cook until thickened.
  5. Serve hot over rice or cauliflower rice.
