1 lb ground chicken
½ Tbsp chili oil
½ C Swerve brown sugar
¼ C buffalo sauce
2 Tbsp cider or rice vinegar
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add chili oil.
Add the ground chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together Swerve brown sugar, buffalo sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
