  • 60 grams (½ cup) cocoa powder
  • 80 grams (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp) granular sweetener (erythritol)
  • ½ tsp coffee powder
  • ⅙ tsp salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a 15 cm x 15 cm (7 inch x 7 inch) brownie pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, egg, cocoa powder, and granular sweetener. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle optional chocolate chips on top.
  4. Bake for 22 to 30 minutes, checking at around 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
