Description

Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 6 English muffins
  • 6 slices of American cheese
  • 6 slices of Canadian turkey bacon (or sliced chicken ham)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper and lightly coat it with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the egg mixture onto the prepared sheet pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until set and golden on top.
