- 4 ounces shredded Gruyère cheese
- 6 ounces shredded Havarti cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped onion, garlic, egg, Parmesan cheese, almond meal, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.

- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil. Add sliced onions and cook until golden brown (about 25 minutes). Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add beef broth, thyme, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet; bring to a boil then simmer until slightly thickened.
