  • 23 tablespoons ghee or butter
  • 23 teaspoons minced garlic
  • Fresh parsley, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the ribeye steak into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels. Season generously with kosher salt and ground black pepper.
  2. Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Once hot, sear the steak pieces for about 30-60 seconds on each side, then remove from the skillet.
