  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 small head cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 8 oz mushrooms (sliced)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Optional: ¼ cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat until sizzling.
  2. Add cauliflower florets and cook for 5–6 minutes until slightly golden. Then, add sliced mushrooms and cook for another 4–5 minutes until tender.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Drizzle lemon juice over the mixture. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
