  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cups fresh spinach leaves

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth or water
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by chopping the chicken and mincing the garlic.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked (about 6-8 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the broccoli for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
