- 1¾ cups pre-shredded mozzarella
- ¾ cup almond meal/flour
- 2 tbsp natural unsweetened yogurt
- 1 egg
- ½ tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp melted butter (for topping)
- ½ tsp garlic powder (for topping)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (191°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, almond flour, and yogurt. Microwave for 1 minute; stir and microwave again for 30 seconds until fully melted.
- In another bowl, whisk together the egg and baking powder; fold into the cheese mixture until well combined.
- Divide the dough into 10 portions, rolling each into a ball and flattening to about ¼ inch thick on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden on the edges.
- Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley; brush over naan and return to the oven for an additional 1-2 minutes.
