Ingredients

  • 1¾ cups pre-shredded mozzarella
  • ¾ cup almond meal/flour
  • 2 tbsp natural unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for topping)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (for topping)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (191°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, almond flour, and yogurt. Microwave for 1 minute; stir and microwave again for 30 seconds until fully melted.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the egg and baking powder; fold into the cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Divide the dough into 10 portions, rolling each into a ball and flattening to about ¼ inch thick on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden on the edges.
  6. Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley; brush over naan and return to the oven for an additional 1-2 minutes.
