- 1¾ cups pre-shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¾ cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp natural unsweetened yogurt
- 1 egg
- ½ tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella, almond flour, and yogurt. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then heat for another 30 seconds until melted.
- In a separate bowl, combine the egg and baking powder. Fold into the melted cheese mixture until smooth.
- Divide the dough into ten portions, roll each into a ball, then flatten into ovals about ¼ inch thick on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile, mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley.
- Brush naan with garlic butter and return to the oven for another minute or two. Serve warm.
