  • 1¾ cups pre-shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp natural unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella, almond flour, and yogurt. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then heat for another 30 seconds until melted.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the egg and baking powder. Fold into the melted cheese mixture until smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into ten portions, roll each into a ball, then flatten into ovals about ¼ inch thick on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile, mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley.
  6. Brush naan with garlic butter and return to the oven for another minute or two. Serve warm.
