- ¾ cup almond meal/flour
- 2 tbsp natural unsweetened yogurt
- 1 egg
- ½ tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (191°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, almond flour, and yogurt. Microwave for 1 minute; stir and microwave for an additional 30 seconds until fully melted.
- In another bowl, mix the egg and baking powder. Fold into the cheese mixture until well combined.
- Divide the dough into 10 equal portions. Roll each into a ball and flatten to about ¼ inch thick on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley; brush over naan and bake for another 1-2 minutes.
