Ingredients

  • 1¾ cups pre-shredded mozzarella
  • ¾ cup almond meal/flour
  • 2 tbsp natural unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (191°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, almond flour, and yogurt. Microwave for 1 minute; stir and microwave for an additional 30 seconds until fully melted.
  3. In another bowl, mix the egg and baking powder. Fold into the cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions. Roll each into a ball and flatten to about ¼ inch thick on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley; brush over naan and bake for another 1-2 minutes.
