- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon finely grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine almond flour, oregano, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add shredded mozzarella and cream cheese; microwave for 45 seconds, stir, then microwave for another 45 seconds until melted.
- Mix in the egg until fully combined; form into 8 equal pieces and shape each into knots on the baking sheet.
