- 2/3 cup applesauce

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In another bowl, prepare the cinnamon sugar filling by mixing melted butter with oat flour, white sugar, and cinnamon.
- For the streusel topping, combine brown sugar, almond flour, oat flour, and cinnamon with room temperature butter until crumbly.
- Grease an 8×8 baking dish and layer half of the cake batter followed by half of the cinnamon filling; repeat layering.
- Top with streusel and bake for about 43 minutes (25 minutes first layer + additional 18 minutes).
- Allow to cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
