- 2/3 cup applesauce
- 2 eggs

- 1 1/4 cup oat flour

- 1 tbsp oat flour
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup salted butter (slightly softened)
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened butter, applesauce, eggs, white sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Add almond flour, oat flour, baking powder, and salt; mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, oat flour, white sugar, and cinnamon for the filling.
- For the streusel topping, combine brown sugar, almond flour, oat flour, and cinnamon with room temperature butter until crumbly.
- Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish. Pour half of the batter into the dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle half of the cinnamon filling over the batter and gently swirl it in.
- Add remaining batter on top and repeat with remaining filling before swirling once more.
- Bake for 25 minutes; then add streusel topping and bake for an additional 18 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
