  • 3 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (softened; can substitute with dairy-free)
  • 1 ¼ cup milk (room temperature; can substitute with lactose-free or dairy-free)
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare your baking pan by greasing it.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
  3. Warm the milk to about 45°C (115°F) and add it along with softened butter, eggs, and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Using an ice cream scoop, portion out the dough into the greased pan and smooth the tops with a spatula.
  5. Cover with a kitchen towel and let rise in a warm area for about an hour until doubled in size.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Brush with melted butter before serving.
