  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)

  • 1 ¼ cup warm milk (or lactose-free/dairy-free)
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  2. Warm the milk to about 115°F and add it along with softened butter, eggs, and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.

  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Brush with melted butter before serving.
