  • 1 cup white rice flour
  • 2/3 cup tapioca flour
  • 2 tsp psyllium husk powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp oil

Instructions

  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together rice flour, tapioca flour, psyllium husk powder, and salt.
  3. Combine the yeast mixture with dry ingredients; add oil and stir until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  5. Divide the dough into five portions; roll each into disks about 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C), placing a baking sheet inside.
  7. Bake the disks on the hot sheet for 5-7 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned.
