  • 1 1/3 cups Bisquick Gluten Free mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese (or dairy-free cheese)
  • Gluten-free pizza sauce
  • Optional toppings (vegetables, chicken, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and mix in garlic powder, basil, and oregano.
  3. Add Bisquick mix, water, and olive oil; stir until smooth.
  4. Grease a muffin pan and fill each cup about 3/4 full with batter.
