- 1/4 cup carrots (shredded)
- 1 handful spinach
- Italian herbs, salt, and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add garlic, diced celery, and onions; sauté for about 2 minutes until softened. Stir in the vegan chicken cubes and season with salt and pepper; cook for another 3 minutes.
