- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- Flaked sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined quarter sheet pan.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until fully melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the yogurt mixture and spread evenly.
- Freeze for at least 2-3 hours until firm. Cut into pieces before serving.
