Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • Flaked sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined quarter sheet pan.
  3. Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until fully melted.
