  • 2 cups green beans
  • 1 cup diced onion

  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Colby jack cheese

Instructions

  1. In a cast-iron skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Drain excess grease, leaving 1 tablespoon in the pan.
  2. Sauté diced onions in the same skillet until softened (about 3 minutes), then add mushrooms and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in green beans, garlic, and broth; cook for another 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  4. Lower the heat and mix in cream cheese followed by sour cream until well combined.
  5. Return cooked beef to the skillet along with salt, pepper, thyme, and Worcestershire sauce; stir to combine.
