  • 3 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp water

  • 2 Tbsp dark chocolate (for coating)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate (for dipping)
  • 3 Tbsp peanut butter

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut sugar, ground flaxseed, and salt. Mix in melted coconut oil, water, and vanilla extract until you form a dough-like consistency.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and press the mixture into an even layer. Chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
  3. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  4. Cut the chilled base into bar shapes and dip each into the melted chocolate coating. Place back on parchment paper to set.
