- 3 Tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 Tbsp ground flax
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp dark chocolate
- 3 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 cup dark chocolate
- 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut sugar, ground flax, and salt. Stir in melted coconut oil, water, and vanilla until you form a thick dough.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and press the dough into an even layer. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes to set.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of dark chocolate and mix it with peanut butter until smooth. Spread over the cooled base layer.
- Melt 1 cup of dark chocolate with coconut oil and pour it over the filled base layer, spreading evenly.
- Chill for another 20–30 minutes until firm, then cut into bars and enjoy!
