  • 1 1/4 cup blanched almond flour
  • 3 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp dark chocolate
  • 3 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate
  • 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut sugar, ground flax, and salt. Stir in melted coconut oil, water, and vanilla until you form a thick dough.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and press the dough into an even layer. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes to set.
  3. Melt 2 tablespoons of dark chocolate and mix it with peanut butter until smooth. Spread over the cooled base layer.
  4. Melt 1 cup of dark chocolate with coconut oil and pour it over the filled base layer, spreading evenly.
  5. Chill for another 20–30 minutes until firm, then cut into bars and enjoy!
