  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons gluten-free rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
