  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp dill pickle relish
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tsp Swerve confectioner's sugar substitute

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and onion until browned; drain excess fat. Stir in dill pickle relish and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, Swerve sugar substitute, and sugar-free ketchup in a bowl.
