  • 1 lb. shredded chicken (pre-cooked)
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • 4 cups cauliflower rice (frozen)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • ½ cup turkey bacon (crumbled)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt cream cheese with heavy whipping cream until smooth. Stir in mozzarella and cheddar cheeses along with ranch seasoning and chicken broth; set aside.
