  • 1 1/2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup Cooked Chicken
  • 1/4 Cup Bell Pepper (sliced)
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Tomato
  • 1/8 Cup Green Onion (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a pizza pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella and cheddar cheese, spreading the mixture evenly over the parchment paper in a circular shape. Bake for 5 minutes.
  3. Once baked, place cooked chicken, sliced bell peppers, diced tomatoes, and green onions on one half of the cheese shell.
  4. Fold the cheese shell over the fillings and press down gently. Return to the oven for an additional 4–5 minutes until melted.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving with sour cream, salsa, or guacamole.
