- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup keto tomato sauce
- 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds. Brush each pepper with olive oil.
