- 70 g Chopped onion
- 450 g Ground beef
- 80 g Chopped green or yellow pepper
- 145 g Chopped red pepper
- 3 cloves Minced garlic
- 1 cup Canned crushed tomato
- 1.5 cup Beef broth
- 2 cups Water
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt or more to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Ground paprika
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Dried basil
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 TBS Freshly chopped parsley
Instructions
