  • 1 packet instant rapid rise yeast
  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups warm water (110°F)
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, combine gluten free flour, yeast, optional psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt on low speed.
  2. Add warm water, eggs, honey, and vegetable oil; mix on low speed for about one minute.
  3. Increase to medium speed and beat for five minutes until the batter is stiff but sticky.
  4. Grease a 9X4 baking pan and pour in the batter, smoothing the top. Cover with greased plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic wrap and bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 205°F.
