- 1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups (360g) warm water (110°F)
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- ¼ cup (85g) honey
- ¼ cup (55g) vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a stand mixer, combine the gluten-free flour, yeast, optional psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt on low speed until mixed.
- Add warm water, eggs, honey, and vegetable oil. Mix on low until the dough comes together.
- Increase speed to medium and beat for about 5 minutes until the dough is stiff but sticky.
- Grease a 9×4 baking pan and pour the dough in, smoothing the top with a spatula. Cover with greased plastic wrap.
- Allow to rise in a warm spot for about 30 minutes until it reaches two-thirds of the pan height.
