  • 1/2 tsp tamari soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch + 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 lime (juice)

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 red onion (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cabbage wraps by blanching the leaves until tender (about 30 seconds in boiling water). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, peanut butter, sriracha sauce, ginger garlic paste, tamari soy sauce, rice vinegar, fresh cilantro, olive oil, salt, lime juice, Szechuan pepper, chopped red onion, and scallion. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Take one cabbage leaf and place about one tablespoon of filling in the center. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to secure.
  4. Cook the dumplings by either steaming them for 15-20 minutes or pan-frying until golden brown on both sides.
