Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • ½ Head Cabbage (chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 8 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger (minced)
  • ½ Cup Soy Sauce (low-sodium)
  • ¼ Cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 3 Tsp Cornstarch
  • ⅓ Cup Green Onions (diced)

Instructions

  1. Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Push the beef to one side and sauté garlic and ginger in the center for about 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the chopped cabbage and red pepper flakes; continue cooking for about 5 minutes until softened.
  5. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch mixed with beef broth.
  6. Pour the sauce over the beef and cabbage mixture; stir well and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  7. Stir in green onions before serving.
