  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced fine
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over it. Ensure each breast is well coated.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 24 hours for deeper flavor).
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade (discard used marinade) and grill for about 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
