- 12 street taco size corn tortillas
- 3 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
- 16 ounces traditional refried beans
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken breast
- 2 cups shredded cheese (sharp cheddar or Monterey Jack)

Instructions
