- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 200g sliced mushrooms (about 2 cups)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach
- 80g mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
