  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 lb chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes (halved)
  • Sea salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, and seasonings.
