  • 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 can (2.25 oz.) sliced black olives (drained)
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Italian Blend cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 oz. sliced pepperoni
  • Italian Herb Seasoning and garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a glass pie dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a non-stick frying pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sauté the sliced mushrooms until browned.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine both cheeses and seasonings; layer in the pie dish.
  4. In another bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, and garlic powder together.
